This place is fab. We didn’t have a reservation but we’re seated immediately. Service was super attentive. Drinks and steak were yummy. Bathroom really clean. We parked about two blocks away because they’ve closed off the street in front to make it a promenade type- which is really nice actually.

Best Caesar salad on the planet! It's the orignal, too! They make it at your table. If you think all Tijuana has to offer are tacos and beer, I feel sorry for you. The appetizers are a culinary delight. All the food is exquisite. Guys, take your girls. They'll be impressed!

Place where Caeser Salad was invented they make it from scratch right in front of you. Must try place if in Tijuana-San Diego area. They have the best Cadillac margaritas must try. I’ve also have had very tasty bone marrow tacos and beef Wellington.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What an amazing experience! From start to finish, Caesar’s absolutely lived up to its reputation. Even though the place was busy, the maitre d’ had us seated within 5 minutes and we didn’t even have a reservation. The restaurant was spotless, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and professional. Our waiter spoke excellent English and walked us through the menu and house specialties. I ordered an Old Fashioned (which came out perfectly) and a bottle of sparkling water to share. We started with their famous tableside Caesar salad "the original" and it did not disappoint! Watching it being made right in front of us was such a cool experience, and it was hands-down the best Caesar I’ve ever had. For dinner, my wife ordered the spaghetti with pesto, and I went with the Mexican Combination. Her pasta was so good I had to steal a bite, and my meal was incredible the carne asada was tender and cooked perfectly, the chile relleno and cheese enchiladas were spot-on, and the beans, guacamole, and all the sides tied it together beautifully. They also served a fresh bread basket with delicious oil and vinegar to start, which set the tone perfectly. We were too full for dessert, but everything from service to flavor was top-notch. All in with tip was around $80, which felt like an incredible value for such a memorable dinner. Can’t recommend Caesar’s enough!

Quality restaurant great food and service. Of course The original Caesar salad was invented here. The beef wellington is outstanding, chicken tender and flavorful. The hotel is very nice quality linens.

Caesar's Restaurante is over 101 years old. They are the ones who created the Caesar Salad. It is so delicious. I couldn't just come here once but twice. I had the Caesar Salad with Bolnegnese Pasta. The 2nd time I came I had the Caesar Salad with Chuletas and Sangria. Their service is phenomenal and they are caring, kind and considerate. I would definitely come back and recommend this place.

I live in California, and when I found out that the Caesar salad was invented here in Tijuana, I made a special trip just to try it at the original place. I left my car at the border, crossed on foot, and came straight to Restaurante Caesar’s for this experience. I ordered the classic Caesar salad with anchovies, and it was absolutely outstanding. What made it even better was that the salad was prepared right in front of me. I could watch them add the ingredients and mix everything tableside, which made the whole experience feel authentic and special. The flavor, freshness, and the dressing were perfect. The service was excellent and the atmosphere of this historic restaurant made it even more memorable. I was extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to try the real original Caesar salad.

Watching the servers prepare the original recipe tableside is a true performance—no pre-packaged dressing here, just fresh eggs, anchovies, and garlic whisked to perfection in a wooden bowl. The restaurant itself feels like stepping back into the 1920s Prohibition era. A must-visit for any food lover. The Tuna Tartar was a work of art The tortilla soup also assembled at the table was great on a drizzly day.

Restaurante Caesar’s is an absolute must-visit and a true gem that effortlessly lives up to its legendary reputation. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming—attentive without ever feeling intrusive. The restaurant itself is beautiful and nostalgic, anchored by a stunning wooden bar that feels both historic and classy. Compared to many of the surrounding restaurants in the area, Caesar’s stands out as refined, elegant, and timeless. Knowing this place has been in business since 1927 only adds to the experience—you can truly feel the history in the room. The food was outstanding from start to finish. Watching the Caesar salad prepared tableside was a highlight—classic, theatrical, and done with confidence. The dressing was perfectly balanced: rich yet bright, garlicky without being overpowering, and exactly how a Caesar should taste. We ordered two appetizers, and the spicy octopus completely stole the show. It was hands down the most tender octopus I’ve ever had—beautifully cooked and deeply flavorful. And despite the name, don’t let the word spicy scare you off; the heat is very mild and well-integrated, allowing the seafood to shine. Caesar’s isn’t just dining—it’s an experience rooted in history, tradition, and exceptional execution. Whether you’re a local or visiting for the first time, this restaurant deserves a spot at the top of your list. We’ll absolutely be back.
